Long hot showers.


This morning I had a bad headache and felt quite sick. It was heavenly to sit under the hot water and feel my body relaxing and the pain easing.

 Wine It's nice to have a supply of wine available - I don't drink it every day but there's always some there when I want it. Tone brought out some Noble One tonight which was an added bonus.
